Your lighter will come empty per shipping regulations. Please use at least 3x refined butane. Poor quality butane is the main reason for most issues people have with butane lighters.
For Xi cutters and many of the Xikar lighters, when you register your cutter or lighter at XiKAR.com for warranty purposes, you will receive a custom fitted sheath to protect your new Xikar product. Some models (Tabletop lighters, Scribe lighters, Statosphere lighters and X8 cutters) do not currently have available protective sheaths.
