Cherry Glass is an American artist who produces high-quality hand blown glass. The Electro-formed Aquatic spoon pipe is one of the coolest glass pipes. There are REAL seashells and a starfish electro-formed in between the mouthpiece and glass bowl.
Electroformed items are made using a metal forming process that modifies components through electro-deposition or electroplating. The part is produced by chemical deposition of a conductive layer on a base form. Electroformed pieces are copper plated and carefully crafted in a variety of patinas, the nature of this process allows for each piece to have its own special and unique design.
The patina colors are water tones.”Patina” is a term that refers to the blue-green layer of corrosion that develops on the surface of copper when it is exposed to sulfur and oxide compounds.
